Sent my niece to get quarters at the front desk for the arcade because I was putting the bowling balls away . I gave her a 5 dollar bill she comes back with 2 dollars in quarters I asked her where the rest was she said that's all the man gave me . so I told her ok I very kindly asked him for the remaining 3 dollars in quarters he said nope I gave her half of of roll and he pointed to my niece at a distance . so I had her and I go back to the front desk n she said no this I swear this was all he gave Me. so the front desk said all she wanted was 2 dollars in quarters. but a few minutes before he had just told me that he gave her half of his quarter roll. he didn't know what to say n gave me the 3 dollars he owed her . I would never bring family back again here from a front desk who would purposely take money from a child . never again would I ever recommend...

Very rude workers. Every single one of them were so rude to my friends and I. They discriminated us for wearing skirts! They treated us so bad and they were accusing of us of NOT paying when the man wouldn’t even give us the bowling shoes without paying. Then one worker (a girl with glasses and short hair) was being rude to my friend and told her boss “yea you tell her what to do” all because my friend had forgotten her mask inside her purse. I will never be back. The fact that the “higher manager” more like a jerk blamed us for NOT PAYING made us stop in the middle of the game and literally rushed us out of the building was very disrespectful. When my sister asked the manager to check the cameras to see if we all payed (which WE DID) he just gave up and handed me $6 back. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A FUN TIME. Go to BOWLERO it’s so much BETTER and way nicer STAFF...

I've had mixed experiences at this bowling alley. I've been met with great staff, and I've been met with some not so great staff. Typically, the folks who work the food parlor, are remarkably friendly and welcoming. While the front staff are some times friendly, and other times my presence has felt like a burden. And there are many times where there is nobody maning the front counter as well, so it sometimes takes a while if you need something. Overall, it's a somewhat bland bowling alley.
