Try friendly staff and customer service is of A1 quality. Wonderful job staff and management if it wasn’t for energetic staff like the staff there Kohls would not be a #1 retailer they go above and beyond the ordinary customer service plan and the forged a new standard for customer satisfaction and quality management and supreme cleanness of store and parking area I can’t say enough about the things I saw in Kohl nice clean and clear aisles also very spacious I can easily use my power wheelchair and not touch a rack or bump into a table The layout was amazing and you can see as soon as you walk in this store was designed for a quality and safe but also comfortable shopping experience It smell like a heavenly breeze. The relaxing music comforts your soul and relieves tensions. So if you come in acting stinky your vibes will kill the atmosphere Kohl’s is creating so when you approach the entrance please leave all your negativity in your car and yes hit the beep beep so you know your negativity is safe and sound inside your car So go to kohls and shop and enjoy them for the warm atmosphere if you feel or see yucky it probably is you so please exit the building immediately and try again these hard working men and women don’t have time for cry babies and trouble makers AKA Karens. If you want to do something compliment them for showing up to wait on you tell them you appreciate them looking for an item that’s right in your face. Speaking of face for gods sake’s please brush your teeth or gargle some scope if you know you’re going to be in someone’s face. And if you know you can’t talk without spitting please wear a mask better yet just don’t talk or yell just smile because these people don’t get payed enough to get stinky breath and corrosive spit on them. I know staff and managers can’t say it so I will I got y’all backs!!!! Oh yeah if you stink in general please stay home you can shop kohl’s online and keep supporting the kohl’s team. It gives me great pleasure to say these things about kohl’s stores and how they are managed y’all are the lifeline for this organization and if no one else hasn’t said it I will I appreciate all that you do and also how you take pride in the work you do please keep up the excellent work you do and don’t let any of these foul smelling spitting loud mouths steal your joy and confidence in your ability to do your job professionally you are number one and if I was your boss your pay would show it!!!! Keep you head held high and keep fighting the good fight you will be truly blessed and those knuckleheads will not...

I had the most horrendous experience today. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I needed an outfit for the 4th of July along with some other outfits to accommodate my growing pregnant belly. I tried on a number of things but only found one shirt that I felt comfortable with. After that I went to the jewelry department to pick out some earrings and a necklace and then I went and purchased my outfit and walked out the door. I was then approached by a "loss prevention officer" who told me a dress that I took into the dressing room was missing. I told him that everything I did not purchase is still in the dressing room. He told me no it isn't and made me go into an office to watch the video of me picking up the dress off the rack to take to the dressing room. He also had the items that I tried on in the office as well. When he replayed the video he showed me the dress that was "missing" and I went through the items and pointed the dress out. He said oh that's not the one and continued on in the video and said this is the dress...so I went through the pile of clothes and pointed that dress out as well. He said that was not the dress...which it clearly was. I told him he is welcome to search my small purse and bag and that I do not have the dress. He told me he was not accusing me of stealing the dress but why else would I be called into an office and be told to sit in the chair as he pulls up the video of me picking up my items. He obviously knows he was wrong or he would not have told me "I was free to go" and he would have continued to take action. I never even got a simple apology. My family and I have spent many thousands of dollars in this store and will never return. I cannot believe I was wrongly accused of stealing and not even a simple apology was given. When I told him and a woman who walked in as "I was free to go" I told them I would never be back because of this experience and they just smirked and let me go. It was an extremely insulting experience. Terrible customer service. So go ahead and shop here if you would like to be wrongly...

Shopping at Kohl's makes everything easy for me in keeping my children clothed and up to date with the latest fashions. I love the Sonoma brand for their basis but I also like to get them their favorites in Van's, Puma, and Champion. Looking for something else? They even have Eddie Bauer, Nine West, and Columbia...the list goes on and on. Over the last two months, I have completely updated all three of my children's wardrobes, including shoes and outerwear. Now it's time to update my own wardrobe and I'm going to have so much fun with it. After all wardrobes have been updated, I'm aiming towards my bed and bathroom for my next makeover project. Kohl's even has name brand in toys. You'll find everything from Barbie and Rainbow High to Legos, Nerf, and even WWE. They even have hoverboards! I love shopping here because I can find the majority of what I want in one department store. Where it's true that the majority of my shopping has been online because I love shopping in my jammies, it is nice to go there and browse around the store. Our Pueblo location is clean, very organized, and the sales team, customer service, and online orders team are all top notch and so friendly that they just make me want to go there. Penny pinching like me? Make sure to join their rewards program. You'll get Kohl's cash added from your prior month to the beginning of every month. Who doesn't like Kohls cash?
