We are a small business in Pueblo Colorado. We use the residential for our home internet and it's $50 a month. If you have a small business it's 170 a month for way slower Worse internet. After 2 yrs is our bill tripled with no one saying a word to us about it. I figured it out 8 months later we were paying 170 a month. When I called to cancel our service with them because I finally found someone who would put in a special internet for us so that we can get a lower rate. The gentleman I spoke to during the call to cancel our internet with them promised me the moon and stars got me to change my cell phone service over to them as well by saying that we would get $200 Visa gift cards per line so a total of $600 in Visa gift cards after a month of service so we had three lines moved over to their cell phone service as well as internet. I was factoring this in as part of the payment for this service. We are a struggling small business and every penny counts. 3 months later I've been calling and emailing with Christian who I have proof he promised us this in writing finally tells me that he had it wrong. We don't qualify for the $200 gift cards but he's going to credit our account and I told him/reminded/verified several times you know this really meant a lot to us this is why we didn't cancel this is kind of our whole reason for even staying with you guys. So he promised me that he will credit our account that's all he can do. So I remind him it would be a total of $600 of credit . Nothing happens I wait another month write him again I said hey you promised that you would credit our account nothing happened then he finally credits our account and he's so proud of himself and emails me back and it's for $100. This company is a scam. I was just commision. Now he wont answer me at all and no one can help me when i call. BBB and anyone who will listen will now hear my story. Im so disappointed and couldn't afford to not have what he promised. I have so many more complaints . This company does Shady stuff like raise your bill without telling you because it's on auto pay cuz you save $10 a month and then it triples and no one tells you so if you don't watch your bank account close enough you get ripped off for 8 months without your knowledge. This is a huge deal to me and I signed a contract with them like an idiot knowing it was too good to be true so now we are stuck with a huge bill no credit even as close to the amount that we were promised no Visa gift cards nothing it was all a ruse. 100 doesn't even give us 1 month free. ...
   Read moreThe quality of xfinity is above and beyond expectations. We love how the store has expanded and are loyal good spending customers. But the workers are very uneducated about the new system and havenât had proper training. My husband has spent well over $2,000 Because multiple workers have ran us into a wreck. We decided to try the cell phone service and got a new iPhone X. My husband did not end up liking it and wanted to return it. They failed to tell us about the 14 day policy so we just ended up keeping the iPhone X and bought a Samsung Galaxy 9. They didnât have the color my husband wanted so a gentleman said he could order the color he preferred and have it delivered to the store. (We found out they donât deliver ordered phones to the store they deliver it to your front door and from there you set it up yourself through a Xfinity help line.) We ended up going back a few days later to trade the phones out since the color of the phone he wanted arrived in store. Jackie assisted us and helped us trade the phone out and did let us know about the 14 day return policy again. To make a long story short the cell phone service was not âA1â and in certain areas we had no service. So my husband decided he didnât want the service at all. Another trip for the third time in a month. To return the cellphone, take in note it was day 12 of having the phone. It turned out we were screwed out of pocket for another phone because they were going back to the date of the original iPhone X. So Edward helped us and tried to get the phone returned and no deals. My husband was livid with the whole situation so he decided to call xfinity himself because he was not there with me when I tried returning the phone. The company ended up saying that in Edwards notes he stated that I said I had acknowledge of the situation and return policy and it was a mix up and it was okay even though we just got charged with not one but two phones because of the workers lack of expertise in their service.    Read moreFirst i would never recommend this company. Unfortunately people get stuck with them because they are the only option for fiber. I skipped writing a review before but now I'm about 5 months into this so i figured I'd write another bad review for them on top off the rest that they have. This company is absolutely awful. Iâm beyond frustrated with Xfinityâs customer service and overall handling of my account. It seems like they can do whatever they want.
My service was unexpectedly canceled, after a year of paying them in auto payments so there was no issues with payments. I was told I needed to go pick up new equipment, even though I had existing equipment. After doing so, the new equipment still didnât work. To make matters worse my address was incorrect. Even after addressing these issues, nothing was fixed.
The customer service experience has been incredibly disappointing. I was told my appointment would be between "5-7 PM tomorrow", only to later find out it was scheduled for a week later. When I called back to inform them that no one showed up, there was no apology or attempt to make it right. Instead, they offered an appointment 3 days from from that date. I needed internet immediately because im attending college.
This has been a major inconvenience and has caused me to miss crucial college work. On top of all this they keep charging my card $119 a month for 5 months after I canceled. I have called and addressed this and they say its fixed but every month I have to call. They said I had an overdue charge that I was going to get hit with on my credit and I had to call about that. They somehow fixed that by just "giving me a credit".I expect much better from a company like Xfinity, and Iâm deeply dissatisfied with how my situation has been handled.
