Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Pueblo

My friend and I went there last night because my friend got a gift card for her birthday. First of all I noticed abandoned dirty dishes on two tables which remaind there the whole time we were there. We were seated in a booth with trash at our feet. I asked the waitress if they had any kind of deals she said no. I asked her a few questions about some items on the menu and I got the deer in the headlights look. I proceeded to share with Alicia that I was starving. My friend ordered a moscow mule. I was going to order the street tacos til I found out they only have flour tortillas. I asked her to cancel the tacos but my friend ordered some loaded potato wedges. A few minutes later the waitress plops a plate with street tacos on it and said I'll be right back with some napkins. We watched her serve two other tables give another table their check and cashed them out then took them a to go box. Never once did she look in our direction. I was starving so we decided to share the tacos with out plates or napkins I used the paper from the plate the tacos were on and gave my friend the plate. When we finished them she was on her way with two to go plastic forks and a napkin each plops those on the table and blurts out I'll be right back. She returns quickly with my friends Cobb salad and her loaded potato wedges and says I'll be right back. We wait and wait and wait while I'm watching my friend finish up her dinner we noticed her and a coworker walking out of the bathroom. She finally brings me my food which was buffalo Mac and cheese. My friend asked for the check she brought it right away my friend gives her the online gift card info. Alicia comes back and says I ran it three times and it's saying inactive account. I said her brother used part of it earlier so maybe that has something to do with it and again deer in the headlights. My friend pulls out her debit card to pay. I grabbed the receipt when we left because I couldn't let this horrible experience go unnoticed and I was looking at it and she charged us for a platinum margarita that we never received. I understand people get busy but the time on my receipt is almost 11 o'clock at night and it was dead. We walk outside and there's Alicia talking to...

If I could give less than one star I would! Went to have dinner here with my friend. It was really loud which didn't matter it is like a sports bar. We were seated quickly ordered our drinks and a appetizer. The drinks come over and everything was going smooth our appetizer took sometime to show the server was nice said there was a mix up understandable they were a little busy. However thats where things took a turn and not for the better. My friends food shows up and his fries are cold the burger is luke warm. After about 10 minutes my food still has not shown up. I'm usually understanding. However, the server goes to check on my food and brings out cold wings. COLD! That is where my understanding ends! If the food would have been hot I would have been totally willing to forget about the mix up with the appetizer, and my food, but no the wings were cold clear through them. Cold food for my friend as well. Which made the situation worse. I sent the wings back and asked for them to be heated at minimum, and if I could get my fries that I ordered that would be great. My friend ate the cold food well at least the burger. So the server brings out another plate of wings and they are warmer but not hot, and fries, which were hotter than the wings. At this point I have lost my appetite and no longer want the food that I ordered but the server had already brought it out to me and I am not that mean. They did not offer a discount or anything. Not that I was looking for a discount or free food but come on not even a offer and at the end the server went through his speech about there rewards something or other I was so disappointed I didn'teven listen to it. I still tipped the server a decent amount and all. But I do not think I will be returning here to have dinner or anything to eat any time soon sad because I used to like this place. The past 2 times we have been here we havent had the best tasting food. Decided to try once again last night. Service was horrible. Food was terribly cold. After sitting for 20 minutes we finally met our waitress, she proceeded to get the order for our drinks and came back 15 minutes later with drinks. We were so thirsty, I atleast just wanted a drink. After she dropped the last of the drinks off we expected her to take our order but she ran away again. Waited another 10 minutes before our order was taken. We came in at 7:45pm. By the time we ordered it was 8:30. We waited and waited as we watched our waitress chat away with the gentleman behind the bar the entire time. 40 minutes later she came over to let us know our food was being trayed up and she went back to chatting. Looked at the clock again, another 10 minutes went by. She finally went to get our food and when it came to the table it was fridge cold. She came by and asked if everything tasted alright and I proceeded telling her it was cold. She apologized and said "I'm sorry the kitchen has been really busy, I can make you another order?" If the kitchen is busy shouldn't that mean my food comes out hot?? I didn't mind the time, but service was horrible. I refused another order as it was already 9:30 at this point, I didn't want to wait another 30/40 minutes longer, I ate half my cold food, ( I hadn't eaten all day, I was starving. I came in hoping for some good warm food), payed for our $70 ticket and proceeded out the door. I am no longer happy visiting here and will take my money elsewhere. Super disappointed. Should've just stayed home and made dinner, it wouldv'e atleast been warm!!!...
