Xfinity is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. There service is absolutely terrible, most of the time your internet is slow if its working. At least in pueblo west. I understand cheaper internet but there customer service is even worse than the service they provide. Alone, after i canceled my service with them i walked in there store to return their equipment cause they won't provide any kind of return label or anything the lady i had the pleasure of speaking to was absolutely rude. And out of the 5 employees on the floor that were working only 2 of them were helping customers. The other 3 would check on those 2 and then stand there laughing and talking to each other. Even with a sign in sheet that was completely full and a line forming just to sign in. I WILL NEVER use them again. You can sit on hold for 1-2+ hrs going through the loop and not get help or go in store and wait just as long for...

Good customer service professional, friendly, and supportive. Xfinity gave unlimited wi-fi for 3 months, and a courtesy credit related to the Covid-19 for 3 months..though the discount period could have been longer since the Covid-19 is still effecting the prices in the stores that the prices have increased with a 50% to 100% mark up. I do appreciate the discount it did help by not getting behind on utility bills, which have increased. Overall, this is a good company to subscribe to. Xfinity has reasonable cost and good wi-fi speed at 80-120 MPS. I GET smooth streaming and fast picture and video downloads for social media and online shopping. I love this service. This is a sleazy shopping center which does not invest in basic maintenance. Pueblo Crossing has its merchants surreptitiously adding "PIF" charges to transactions without customers' knowledge or consent as they are closed out. This behavior is underhanded, dishonest, and quite frankly lies within the realm of criminals. Pueblo Crossing management needs to finance its maintenance in an honest fashion, covered through the rent charged to merchants operating stores in the complex. Also, the shopping center is in a woeful state of disrepair considering the massive amount of looting they're pulling on all of us unsuspecting marks who make the mistake of shopping there.
