Rather new to Pueblo and your store, on Elizabeth, was reccomended to me. I was, pleasantly, surprised by a bright, well organized and freindly staffed shop. I was greated upon arrival, by a lovely young lady, and was not only directed but assisted throughout my shopping experience. New store building, pleased with the bigger store, but.. the last 2 times I was in the store I was greeted on my entrance then almost totally ignored. Tonight was fairly busy not overly busy, the prior visit Store had only one other customer. My daughter finally asked someone to help me. Before the store moved I was always asked if I needed help, usually 3 or 4 times. I have been getting is no longer available they have a new brand. Which does not fit as well. I had such a fun experience at Maurices! The manager, Heidi, went above and beyond by doing a try-on party for me and my friends! She picked out outfits for us, helped us find the right sizes, and was so encouraging the whole time—hyped us up and made us feel great!
