I just bought a nice electric recliner from Tyler's. Let me first say the chair is better than I ever imagined. Strong and firm. Now, I dealt with the owner. This man was kind, generous, and very professional. I had stopped by one week and picked out a chair I fell in love with but unfortunately I was unable to get back to the store to buy it. Luckily it was there a week later and the owner remembered me and was able to get me my chair. He even had it delivered. Free of charge. The 2 young men who delivered it were very nice. They carried the chair in and set it up for me. Im disabled and live a good distance from this store however, all those involved in getting me this chair, should be praised and I send my sincerest thanks for all the help. I can't believe what this place has done to one of my sweetest customers. I have worked for a well known furniture company and started working with a sweet lady who purchased a mattress from this place. My 90 year old customer woke up to bed bugs in the box spring she purchased from this place and when she brought it up to the owners they refused to take action.
