Had an appointment with Dr. Grissom on a Monday at 2:00. When leaving my office to go to appointment I realized I had a flat tire (ran over nail). I called to inform them I had a flat and was going to be a little late and if that was ok. the lady put me on hold to ask and then came back on and told me that was ok. I walked in at 2:16 and they refused to see me because it was one minute past 2:15 even though I had called before appointment time and let them know and was cleared to come in. I had to use the only PTO time I had from work for an appointment that I didnt get and needed greatly as my health has been rapidly getting worse. I actually was in the parking lot by 2.12 but had to put on my sneakers because my feet are so swollen my shoes wont fit correctly and are extremely painful to wear but I didnt want to go in with improper footwear on in public. also I dont have a doctors excuse to give to work. i have never had a Doctor or clinic be so cruel. keep in mind these things were completely out of my control and I called beforehand. now I'm in the parking lot sobbing full of anxiety before I drive back to...
Read moreNurse Practitioner Sarah Tucker is fantastic and really does remember her patients. There’s hardly any waiting time once you’ve been brought to a room. She’s attentive and doesn’t rush through your appointment. My husband and I are both patients of hers. The staff is super friendly and setting appointments isn’t difficult. We live in Hattiesburg and so many of the doctors offices here require appointments to be booked weeks in advance because they have so many patients. When we were looking for a primary care physician in Hattiesburg some weren’t even able to take new patients. I’d highly recommend this as a primary care office. It’s also convienent that they’re a Hattiesburg Clinic office. It made my neuro and cardio recommendations a lot smoother because I could just go to the main Hattiesburg Clinic and get everything done at...
Read moreDr. Jade (Anutida Charoentong) and Nurse Maria go above and beyond. They are so responsive and do not need reminders to assist you on follow up questions. I have had providers that would read my chart in front of me to remember who I am. I’m not saying they don’t read my chart before seeing me, but I can’t count the times I have felt that the care team didn’t have a clue who I was with previous providers. I was Dr. Jade’s patient in Hattiesburg and a year later when I went back to her in Purvis. The provider I saw after her was condescending and always gave me a vibe of apathy. I had back pain that turned out to be bulging and herniated discs and getting her to refer me elsewhere was like pulling teeth when I saw her for the back pain. I will likely keep Dr. Jade as my provider even if I move out of the area. You can tell she...
