I walked in to this establishment with a few friends for lunch. The place was well lit and tidy. Immediately to my left was a rather large Christmas tree very nicely decorated and soft Christmas music playing in the background. We walked to the counter and paid for our buffet. It is very spacious and strategically placed to make it seem bigger than it is as well as flow of traffic. The buffet was nicely placed to give everyone an equal running start for the next pie to be laid to rest on the warmers. It was quite literally a mad dash to the next piece. The staff were very attentive and came to our table and asked if we would like anything specific. Of coarse, we obliged. Mushrooms! Great fun, great laughs, great company, paired with great food, made an epic lunch date. The location is convenient. The prices are comparable, and the customer service was impeccable. If you have a chance to swing by, do so. I totally recommend!

Read moreAfter my experience a few moments ago I give Milano’s a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!! I’ve only been a few times and was set on eating lunch there today. Walked in and no buffet in site. Just a salad bar. Stood at the counter for a bit only to be told that they wouldn’t be taking orders until 12 because they had a “huge order for 25 pizzas”. You never, EVER turn door customers away!!! If you have an order that big come in earlier and get the order knocked out before your lobby opens. Your dine in customers are critical to your business survival. Poor management!!! Very unlikely I’ll be back. I just thought I found a new pizza...
Read moreI'm not sure why this place gets over 4 stars. We ordered a medium taco pizza. We were told medium is 14 inch. What we got was 12. Not sure if that's the true medium size or if we were mistakenly given a small. The pizza was okay. I wouldn't call it a taco pizza. It's a pizza with ground meat chunks and a handful of wilty lettuce and tomato wedges on top. I got a sweet tea to drink and it was unsweetened. Not the servers fault, they just didn't put sugar in the sweet tea urn. I told a worker and he just said "uh" and walked away. Nothing was done in the 20 minutes we were there...
