LA FUENTE MEXICAN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Purvis

If I could have given this place a negative number I would have. I have gone there 3 times and they aren't able to fulfill my orders correctly. I get home and open the boxes up and it's never what I have ordered. If y'all can't fill a customer's order correctly then why the hell are you even in business? I called about 2 weeks ago and ordered 2 orders of 4 enchiladas. When I got home I found out that there was something totally different than what I had ordered so I came back to get the order corrected. After trying to explain to your person who takes orders he said okay everything will be done. Upon receiving the second round of trying to get something to eat I saw that the guy had only ordered 1 of my orders. Took me awhile to get your employee to get a duplicate order for what I originally ordered via telephone. Now again with tonight's order I ordered 3 orders of 4 enchiladas. Upon getting home and ready to eat I found unknown stuff in the box. It sure wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I'm tired of being the customer and having a restaurant that isn't able to get what the customer orders correct 3 times now in just 2 visits!! I'm totally unhappy with the service that I have received from my last 2 times trying to get something to eat. I have wasted over 50 bucks...

I was disappointed in my dinner. Although the menu and online presentations look good my dinner wasn't. I wont be returning. My shrimp enchilada was three shrimp literally inside a corn tortilla with sauce on top. No filling mixture at all. I should have taken a picture my bad. I'm not trying to ruin businesses but this restaurant really needs to step it's game up. The server asked me "everything good" and albeit polite they were he didn't seem to comprehend or care that It should have been made much better. He said that's what's on the menu!!! Any recipe you make at home the shrimp Enchiladas are in chopped and in a mixture. When I went to cut the enchilada to attempt to.eat the (3) shrimp would push out the ends of the enchilada. So I had to eat separately. When I asked for a refill on my tea glass the server brought back the glass half full. Like I can't even get a full refill? The beans were just out of a can and lacked good flavor. When I left around 5 on Saturday I was the only one.in the restaurant. ...

Excellent food at a reasonable price and great service!!! They never disappoint!!! Probably the cleanest resturant I've been to. I ate there tonight and witnessed, first-hand, a waiter that was great with children. They told him bye as they were getting up to leave and the waiter insisted on a good ol" fist bump from all three of the children. I highly recommend this dining establishment!!! While I love and recommend La Fuente, I must say I’m very disappointed in the quality of the food here lately. The last few times I’ve eaten there the main dishes have been very greasy. So greasy that I got tacos and the hard shells were soggy before i could finish them. Today I had taco salad and had more grease than meat!!! I tried to put some cheese dip in it to thicken it up but the grease over powered the dip. The menu said a salad with a crispy tortilla bowl. The bowl was so soggy I couldn’t even cut it with a fork: They need somebody to do quality control in the kitchen before they send...
