Over the past year I have been on a journey to be a healthier me! Never in my life did I think I would be able to reach the goals I have and continue to meet new ones.
Today, Marks one month that I have been seeing a Personal trainer in my current fitness journey. And I definitely didn’t think that after a month I would already see results in myself, physically and mentally!
I am pushing my body harder than I have ever and succeeding. I’ve always been super anxious about working out, especially going to the gym when it comes to weights. I had no clue what to do or how to properly do it!!
And the thought of having a Personal trainer terrified me, I always envisioned them to be some kind of drill sergeant that would tear me down and shake my confidence. When in fact, I have had the exact opposite experience.
I cannot thank Cameron Walls enough for the amount of education on my learning curve to fitness & nutrition. He accommodates my fitness level and needs, and is teaching me a standard of fitness and training towards the goals I am looking to reach!! When I say I started this as green as I could possible be, I mean it.
Now I am currently deadlifting and doing weighted squats and Farmers walks with a hex bar, I am leg pressing 300lbs, if you would’ve told me this a month ago, I literally would’ve laughed!!
My confidence is through the roof and I walk around flexing, not because I have muscles but because I’m finding them. (My Husband thinks it’s hilarious 🤣) I’m just a little baby seedling 🌱 right now but I’m watering my health journey and focused on continual growth!!

I’ve come to realize that I’m just not going to make progress doing home workouts or self guided ones in a gym due to lack of motivation and lack of knowledge. I stumbled across Cameron’s social media posts for his 8 week boot camp. What he is offering is exactly what I was looking for - group setting, actual weight lifting/strength sessions. I don’t need help with cardio or endurance, I just need someone to create a workout for me, show me how to do the exercise, correct my form and keep me accountable.
