Taco Bell — Restaurant in Putnam Township

Where do I even begin with our experience here? I can honestly say that I've never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant before now. Just the other night, my manfriend and I stopped at the Taco Bell in Pinckney. We ordered food - a chicken quesadilla and a Baja Blast. The cashier didn't quite hear me the first time so I repeated the order as clearly as I possibly could. He told me that they were out of Baja Blast which happens so no big deal. Meanwhile, there was another couple waiting in line who told us that they had been waiting for at least 20 minutes and they were visibly irritated. The cashier then stated (after I already ordered) that there was quite a wait because they were horribly busy. I thought he was joking because there was literally only a few customers inside including us. The cashier seemed confused or flustered or something so we sat down to get out of his hair. I had not gotten a pop cup but I figured he would give it to me when he was caught up. He never did. I caught the cashier while he was walking through the dining room and he said that pop is extra and I would have to pay for it and briskly walked away before I could say anything else. My boyfriend was not happy at this point because we had already been waiting awhile and reminded the cashier that we already paid for the pop, I just needed my cup. So he apologized and gave me my cup and I went to get anything other than Baja Blast since they were out. I went with Mountain Dew. But when I poured it, it came out orange. At this point, I just went with it because no one was going to care and I just wanted to eat and get the heck out of there. We waited AT LEAST 20 minutes to get our chicken quesadilla. Meanwhile, there was a couple of others who complained to the manager about the wait. One guy even got free taco coupons to come back. When I finally got my food, it was a quesarito - not even a chicken quesadilla! And all the cashier said was "oops, I'm sorry" while he smiled condescendingly at me. No offer to correct it or refund it. I ate it because I was starving at this point and it probably would have taken another 20 minutes to get the correct item IF he got it right this time. While I was eating my random quesarito, the couple who had waited 20 minutes before us got up and left and I overheard the cashier stating very loudly that he was surprised that the couple didn't leave a mess just to 'spite them'. I don't know who manages this place or hires for this location but I can honestly say that they need a 'Come to Jesus' talk to fix the issues that are going on here. My boyfriend and I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell location again even though it's the closest location to our house. We would rather use the extra gas to drive to Brighton and honestly I'm not sure that I will pick Taco Bell again in...

What an absolute nightmare this place is, my family and I were on the road for a long time stopped at this local taco bell on a Sunday my infant son had been, crying for a while so we got out and gave him a break from his car seat and was going to change him....(This location does not offer a changing table for babies) First strike. The interior was a disaster paper on the floor wrappers on the table and garbage over flowing. Second strike. After getting out son sorted out in the back of our suv out in the parking lot we went to the counter to be ignored for 20 min and then harshly told you were supposed to use the kiosk.....duah... A mob of people in the back around one guy making orders laughing and carrying on about something. I placed my order specifically asking for no tomatoes because of an allergy... Only to receive said order with tomatoes on my order. I brought the order up to the counter and was ignored for another four min until I got the attention of someone coming in on shift explaining my dilemma only to be greeted with a smirk and I'll get the manager. Said manager came over only to berate me on my kiosk skills saying it's my fault for not putting no tomatoes on all my order... Instead of the one and stated he will have them remake it and went off in a huff. Now mind you however mild my allergy is, if this was a severe allergy and it wasn't discovered before I ate it it could have been lethal.

We finished our dinner In the dinning room after having to clean off our own table. And we left. Honestly I'm shocked and appalled that this taco bell is even running as nasty as the people and the dining room was I wouldn't bother even using the bathroom let alone the drive through on this location ever again. Worst experience at any taco bell...

Ordering was Ok kitchen dirty looked like only 2 employees have a uniform on The other 2 had personal goodies on one with his good up he did have gloves on at one point he walked off the food prepare line and went into the back not sure where hopefully not to a hidden employee bathroom back there came back out with same gloves on "I assume" I think he washed his gloves though leading me to believe the bathroom theory and proceeded to wipe his gloves on his hoodie everything seemed to have dirt build up in the kitchen spots that were black at least on kitchen floor Now I have not been to taco bell in quite awhile because it just keeps getting worse In like 91-94 it was cheap and tasted good not sure if it was good for you but it was good hot fresh taco shells were tasty and crisp tacos seemed bigger to for less price Last time I went like 5 years ago I guess I started going like everyday was awesome I think it may have been the location everything tasted really good even though it cost way to much for you get So I thought hey I am gonna go to taco bell today different location and I gotta say it was gross I had a Mexican pizza and some meximelts pizza ewwww threw it out meximelts ok got three didn't really like first one but decided to try next one bit into it and tasted like an ashtray threw the rest of my food away Very dissatisfied gave an extra star for a tip I would not recommend this taco bell was not hot and was just gross unprofessional staff loud as heck lobby music I mean it is loud I can't type this fast enough so I can get out of here I am getting a headache I mean it's bad Not good unclean employees food gross and warm not hot And now I feel sick to my stomach feel like I am going to get...
