Very disappointed with my first and only visit. I spent 800.00 on new glasses only to have the the transition line off. This required me to put them on the tip of my nose to work correctly. I returned to have them remade and said please drop the transitions and go with the single lens (that was my first experience with transition lens and was told by Nicole that they are not for everyone) as they made me dizzy. Upon receiving the new glasses I asked about the 180.00 I spent on transition lens and was told it’s not refundable. I stated it was not my issue as you made a mistake on the 1st lens and I saved you money by opting out of the transitions as the lab will charge you more for them. Regardless I was told multiple times by Nicole no refund or store credit can be offered. I asked for the doctor/ manager to call me and she did not.
