Very disappointed with my first and only visit. I spent 800.00 on new glasses only to have the the transition line off. This required me to put them on the tip of my nose to work correctly. I returned to have them remade and said please drop the transitions and go with the single lens (that was my first experience with transition lens and was told by Nicole that they are not for everyone) as they made me dizzy. Upon receiving the new glasses I asked about the 180.00 I spent on transition lens and was told it’s not refundable. I stated it was not my issue as you made a mistake on the 1st lens and I saved you money by opting out of the transitions as the lab will charge you more for them. Regardless I was told multiple times by Nicole no refund or store credit can be offered. I asked for the doctor/ manager to call me and she did not. Good bye MSO Pinckney, I will be returning to Bennnet in A2 where they back up there product and issues. I absolutely no NOT recommend MSO. I am a business owner and was appalled by there response. Dr Laliberte and her staff are very nice, helpful and experienced. Dr gave a clear description of test results and came up with a special pair of reading glasses I need for very small, detailed artwork. She also found growths on my replaced cataracts and suggested I make sure my eye surgeon fix it via a simple treatment. I love my mid range contact in left eye, was having head rushes and occ. nausea and being able to easily switch from close or long range to mid range cuts that out, plus hv more energy and ease. Really enjoyed Dr. Baltiettra. I had been experiencing some issues with my eyes when taking my glasses off and he's been the first person to really listen and figure out what my eyes are doing and why. Calla was awesome with helping me pick glasses and even called me post appointment to let me know she looked at the wrong prior set of glasses and already ordered me my warranty lenses because she knew I mentioned they were scratched badly, which I think is exceptional customer service!
