Huntington Bank — Local services in Putnam Township

Would rate 0 stars if I could. In April, I disputed 4 different charges on my account. When I received the dispute paperwork in the mail, i filled it out the next day and took it to the branch for them to fax it (as specified on the paperwork). The following week, I received notice in the mail that the corporate office never received my paperwork and one of the disputed charges selected was the wrong one ($800+ payment reversal on my vehicle loan). I took all these papers back up to the branch and spoke with the manager who told me that the paperwork was still sitting on the desk and had in fact not been sent in. I told her again about the incorrect dispute and she assured me that it would be corrected to the charge that was incorrect. The next day, I was informed by my vehicle loan bank that the $800+ payment was reversed back into my Huntington account and my vehicle loan was put into repossession status. I immediately called the branch to speak with the manager and was informed that she was with another client. I requested a phone call as soon as she was done as it was a time-sensitive issue and she had been helping me the beginning of the week. Had to repeat myself 5 times because the teller in the window couldn’t comprehend that we just changed our address and kept trying to change it back to one on the license. Then she couldn’t handle her job apparently and had to go get Cheryl the branch manager. And then took over 15 minutes when there was not another soul around or inside to send back the ID. We will never use this branch again and we recommend no one else...

Deposited a check yesterday and it was never put into their system called today to find out that it's still sitting on the counter at the bank have to drive from Lansing back to Pinckney so I can pick up my check so I can take it to another bank.
