We loved working with H. Bero Interiors and her incredible team! We worked with them for over a year and a half on a massive project. When you work with someone for that long, it becomes personal. We laughed together, we sometimes wanted to scream together, and we had every moment in between, all founded on great communication. Holly and her team were responsive and made themselves available as needed. They are creative with so much passion for the work they do. They are incredibly talented at hearing your vision and translating that into reality. Since we have small children and a dog, I specifically want to note that they created spaces for us with function in mind. Every detail is considered. Every space maximized. Every piece of furniture is durable. And the flow throughout the house is meticulously flawless. We loved working through the design process with Holly and her team and how hands-on we could be. We appreciated their attention to detail, their calm confidence, and their creativity. And we absolutely love being in our home. My mom moved into an independent living community in Seattle a few years ago. She was never thrilled with the decor and it did not feel like a "home" to her. She wanted help sourcing new chairs, rug, sofa, bedding and pillows. H. Bero and her team were terrific: transparent about pricing, timing, and options. They listened to my mom's taste and preferences (colors, fabrics, etc.), worked within the pieces she wanted to keep, and did a great job communicating in each phase of the project. They were also patient with her requests for a firmer sofa cushion, post delivery. At the conclusion of the work they left a binder with pictures of each piece along with care instructions. What a brilliant idea! One of the best things they did was take the collection of elephant figurines my mom and dad had collected during their world travels over the course of their 53 years of marriage. Liberated from a box, these elephants are now thoughtfully placed in bookshelves and corners, where my mom can enjoy them. This personal touch brings joy to my mom (and my sisters and me) and along with the lovely new pieces, has really made mom's space a home. I feel very fortunate we found H. Holly, Shelby and the whole Bero team worked with me for more than two years to design a perfect home in Oregon and a beautiful whole-house remodel in Washington. They listened to my concerns, created solutions to meet all my family's needs and flexed with my feedback. They took the time to get to know my style and were able to create designs that were perfect reflections of my taste. On top of that, they worked with my cabinet builder directly on both projects and managed the construction of the extensive remodel in Washington. Their work is next-level. My cabinet builder was amazed at the precision and quality of their drawings for the multitude of cabinets they built for our Washington home.
