My husband and I went through the drive thru on our way home from shopping today. We ended up just leaving without our order completely. We ordered very simply a supreme taco party pack 6 hard 6 soft. Their menu in the drive thru says 23.49 I believe. She first rang in the regular non supreme party pack, we corrected to the supreme, she tells us the total is $33 & some change, for 12 tacos!?! I was like ok maybe she rang in something wrong no biggie we’ll fix it at the window, we get to the window she tells us the same total and I explain to her what we want again, she argumentatively explains that she is charging me $6 to swap 6 of the shells 😳 I’m like we’ve done this before there is no charge and if there was I don’t believe it would be $6!?! Like I don’t understand? When did this change? Doesn’t even make sense to be honest.Another employee chimes in and says to her to tell us the price on the menu is the base price, I asked to speak with her to make sure she understood what we ordered, because sometimes you luck out and get someone with more experience, she wouldn’t slide over to the window, no manager, no nothing. As you clearly see in the photos below, swapping is free. And the party pack is actually $1 cheaper too 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ll just stick to making tacos at home…

Literally one bite of meat on my tacos. The picture is the actual amount of meat they put on, I did not touch it or move it or even bunch it together. It was barely enough for one bite. This is absolutely ridiculous. Quit pushing “extra meat” and start actually putting it on the food that people are already paying for. I assume it’s management pushing this because there’s no way the average employee wants to get yelled day in and day out for barely putting any meat on. I would’ve got a refund and let whatever manager know how unacceptable this is had I opened this trash in the store

Downgrading my review to 1 star due to no bike rack and bad service. Constantly missing food, receiving cold food, and long wait times even with mobile orders ahead of time. -1 star for no bike racks. Nearby businesses do have bike racks so you can still lock up. The dining room closes at 9 (TBell website says 10) I believe. They did serve me on my e-bike in drive thru. Update: my fourth visit on my e-bike in the drive thru, I was told it was a no go. They still served me in the lobby after hours though so no star knock.

This is my usual taco bell i stop at and never have had an issue. The women working drivethru (tuesday the 24th) took at least 5 minutes to begin to take my order. She started off rude as I gave her my order she started to try rushing me and not listening to what I was ordering. She kept asking to repeat my order while still missing items. Than when I reviewed the board and says that she missed an item she completed the order and told me to come to the window. I told her again she missing an item but refused to talk to me through the mic while I sat at the order board I pulled up to the window . I again told the gentlemen she missed an item on my order he went and talked to her and she came to the window and told me you are NOT allowed to add items at the window. That it is part of their policy. When I told her again multiple times before I even moved up to the window that she missed my item she became even more irritated and annoyed. I told her that she missed the order from the start and that this is extremely unprofessional to act like this. She shut the window on me and had other gentlemen finish my order. I told him i understand but if she orignally missed the item why is such a big deal he didnt have a response to my question. After all that when I finally got my food they added the missing item and charged me for it but I will not be returning to this...

3rd times a charm? No.

I am convinced that whomever is in charge of this location is a penny pincher. I rarely complain.
