I have not even yet had a physical experience with Melt and it's already been awful! My girlfriend got me a couples massage gift certificate for Valentine's Day. I was busy for a few weeks but began trying to contact the stupid around 04/17 to schedule. Their voice mail, which I got 4 times that day, says to schedule couples massages by calling or emailing. I never once got to talk to anyone so I tried the next day. I also sent an email with my request hoping for a response. The 18th I called 5 more times with no answer, leaving a voicemail again.
A few more days passed and I called again on 05/01, two more times at different times in the day and I still got no response. I called again 05/02, twice and got no answer.
We are fed up and going to figure out how to get our money back.
Do not schedule couples massages here, you might have better luck reserving online for solo appointments with the therapists themselves. Or better yet, go somewhere that knows how to show the slightest bit of customer care and support.
I work in the service industry and it's hard to schedule things with my hours, it would be more helpful to get updated software or actually respond timely to your emails.

I immediately called the studio multiple times assuming there must be a miscommunication to be canceled half an hour before my massage with no answer. You cannot book couple's massage online and for some odd reason, no one is ever around to answer the phone or check their email.
