These women were my personal bridesmaid heroes! Long story short, I found out I was expecting my first child shortly after I ordered my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was in. I called and let them know and I was under the impression they were taking care of it and upping my dress size.

My dress arrived in a timely manner but I didn't bother trying it on right away since I knew I was just going to continue growing and that I wouldn't get a fitting until the wedding was closer.

I went to a seamstress at a later date, went to put it on, to realize it was still the pre-pregnancy size!

I called them in a little bit of a panic. They were honest in saying that there was nothing in my file indicating that I called and spoke with an employee about my situation when I first found out I was pregnant (even though, I swear, I called the day after I found out I was expecting so I didn't cause the bride or the shop any trouble!). Rather than leaving it at that but offering me alterations that would have costed me a fortune, they were so accommodating. They took my word for it and worked wonders on the dress.

I live in Baltimore, so it was another thing that threw a wrench in this whole thing, but they were more than understanding and essentially worked around my schedule to ensure it got done by the day of the wedding.

It really did involve the dress to almost be reconstructed. I can only imagine what a pain this was and how time consuming it was, but they made it work!

We cut it close but I picked up the dress a day before the wedding and because of them I felt confident and comfortable walking down the aisle for one of my best friend's wedding at 6 and a half months pregnant!

They were so kind with the pricing of all of the alterations, I cannot even imagine what the price would have been if they looked at this as a money making opportunity and if they nickel and dime me on everything they had to change.

Hon was the seamstress and I cannot rave about her enough. She was kind, patient, and extremely talented.

The owner, Cindy, was also incredible and it was a pleasure to work with all of the women during this upside-down situation.

I had a mixed experience with this place. I’m giving two stars because I did find my dream dress here, and I appreciated their large variety of styles and sizes.

Unfortunately, I deducted the remaining stars because I left feeling like they didn’t have their customers’ best interests at heart. When my dress arrived, they assured me it had been carefully inspected and was in perfect condition. However, within minutes of trying it on, I noticed a long dark mark on the fabric. After looking closer, I found another mark in a different spot.

While I don’t blame them for the marks being there — things happen — I was disappointed in how the situation was handled. It felt like they either didn’t properly check the dress as they claimed, or they noticed the marks and chose not to say anything, hoping I wouldn’t notice. When I pointed it out, they took the dress to the back without much explanation and brought it out again claiming it was fixed, when it clearly wasn’t. It took a second trip to the back before the marks were finally removed.

What upset me most was the lack of transparency and empathy throughout the situation. At no point did anyone apologize for the oversight or acknowledge how stressful this could be for a bride waiting for her wedding dress. It may be a business transaction to them, but for customers, it’s a significant and emotional purchase — and it would’ve meant a lot to feel genuinely cared for in that moment.

In the end, I’m grateful my dress was properly cleaned and ready, but the experience left a sour taste. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service and communication moving forward. Because of how this was handled, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this...

Fellow Brides, please don’t go here! They are only interested in a sale, nothing else! I had ordered my dress from there, and they measured me. When my dress arrived, it was loose in some areas and tighter in some others. My main concern was the chest area. It was very busty but loose in the waist to the point where there was gapping there. I asked if there was anything that could be done to it while I still had time to make adjustments( I had several months at this point), like take in the sides or add larger cups. The girl who sold me the dress brushed me off saying both were possible. That it was a simple alteration fix and to wait till I get closer to my date, that’s when the alterations place can make the adjustments. So I followed their instructions and waited, until I was 2 months away from my date. I went to two different alteration companies, and they told me there was nothing that could be done. Nothing. When I called this place about my issue, I asked if I would swap out my dress for the one they had in store, as it fit better. The woman I spoke to said they don’t swap dresses but she would see what else they could do as I was in a pinch. Another lady called me back said they would have swapped dresses but they already did it for another bride! The best they could do was to have me come in buy another dress. Needless to say I went somewhere else for another dress. Thanks to these people I was at least out $1500 and lied to, without even an apology. This is the worst to...
