Alice, thank you that from our first meeting you were so helpful, calming, and reassuring that you would handle everything floral that we needed or wanted. We left that meeting feeling so confident in your ideas and abilities and that we would be in wonderful hands with you. Alice and Always Beautiful Brides Floral design is AMAZING. I had heard from so many people how expensive flowers can be for a wedding, and had some experience doing floral arrangements as a hobby, so I was going to do my flowers myself. Then... after some practice where everything took so much longer than I thought I would, I conceded that I would need some help from a florist and went to see Alice. Alice got my vision right away and made some amazing suggestions based on what I really liked. Her expert advice lead me to get some of my favorite flowers in my bouquet. By the end of the meeting, she had plans for more flowers than I could ever think about making myself. And for a price that was about the same as the materials I would need to buy my own flowers on the sites I'd scoped out pricing from. The end result was breathtaking. Every flower arrangement was beautiful. and I cried when I saw my bouquet - it looked (and smelled) so beautiful! We ordered Mothers Day. Initially, I thought they weren’t delivered so I contacted the store. I was told the date I originally put on the order was a week later than I thought, which was my mistake. I was told over the phone the flowers will be delivered the next day. I thought that was wonderful customer service, especially since it was my mistake.

However, they weren’t delivered the next day. I contacted the store again. I was told the flowers were delivered to the correct address and handed to the recipient. This was after I explained that the recipient didn’t receive them. If they weren’t received, then it must have been the wrong address. Since I don’t know what time they were delivered, it’s possible the recipient wasn’t even home. I didn’t get an apology and the issue wasn’t looked into which I thought was unprofessional. I asked for a refund. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was past the deadline, but the flowers could be delivered again.
