Friendly Book Store — Local services in Quakertown

It was an ok experience. We couldn't find free parking nearby, and only had one quarter for the meter; which the machine ate up and didn't give us any time. We had to use a credit card and they charged us for a whole 8 hours, not allowing us to choose anything less. When my mom and I entered the store, the associate was on the phone making calls to customers. I understand there are tasks that must be done. However, we were never approached by anyone while looking around to see if we needed assistance. I'm glad I knew what my mom wanted and I helped her decide. I did ask If they had a restroom, to no avail. I asked where I find the closest one.. I was recommended to go to RiteAid, which I tried walking in the direction I was told to and found nothing. I had to go so bad, I went into the Town Center or Borough building.. the lady in there had a nasty attitude toward me and said they had no restrooms either. She also said to go to RiteAid. I told her I couldn't see any signs for it and she said some comment with nasty attitude again, before I left. I turned on my google maps to get walking directions, still to no avail. Luckily I went into the gas station on the corner and the nice gentleman allowed me to use theirs. When we checked out, the associate was nice to us. The store was clean and neatly organized. On the way back home, I finally passed a RiteAid, that was out of the downtown area and not visible to the eye from this store or the other building. This is the longest review I've ever left on google, just wanted to share my experience so others are aware that they need to go to the bathroom elsewhere before shopping here and bring...

With the world doing everything online, it is wonderful to walk into a store and see what you want and can check the item out before you buy it. Plus the staff at Friendly Book Store are very friendly, unlike a computer that just stares back at you and can give you issues. I highly recommend going to...

By far one of the best Christian book stores I have ever been in. Owner is kind, helpful, but also lets you shop at your own leisure. Excellent selection, very clearly labeled. Amazing gifts, and books, cards, Bibles, etc Wonderful...
