The place to go for jewelry repair! My husband and I went back with pieces that needed repair. Jaxx or Jack did a laser repair on a gold ring to fill in two very small cracks with gold. A piece of onyx was replaced in another ring where a jeweler in TX told us it couldn’t be done. I had a Moissanite stone removed from a necklace setting and added to a ring and purchased a lab grown diamond to replace the Moissanite. Everything came out beautifully. There are no visible signs that there ever were cracks in the gold, the onyx looks like it was always there, and the diamond is gorgeous. The rings were also sized perfectly. I’ve already planned my next visit.

I brought a white gold ring with 9 baguette diamonds online. While the diamonds are beautiful, the company skimped on the white gold with a very thin tapered band. I asked Jack if gold could be added to the band to make it more substantial. He told me it would be easier and less expensive than a new setting to cut off the existing shank and add a new one. He gave me a two week time frame for completion. It’s been one week and my ring is ready. I was Surprised and Over the Top with excitement when I saw it. The shank he added looks just as if the ring had been made with it. This new band, created by Jack, is substantial and no one would ever know the ring had been altered. My wife and I have been married for 40 years. I recently noticed that the small diamond in my wedding band had fallen out. I called Jax Jewelers and talked to owner Jack who said that I would be able to purchase and have a new diamond put back into the band. He replaced the diamond and somehow made the band gleam so that, when finished, it looked better than on our wedding day. Jack was so helpful and great to work with that I decided for Valentines day this year to upgrade the smaller diamond in my wife’s wedding ring to a larger one that would let her know how much my love for her has grown over the years. Jack found us a beautiful brilliant diamond that was beyond what we could have imagined at a great price! We Picked up her ring today and she is thrilled with the way it turned out! FANTASTIC experience with Jax Jeweler's!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was so upset when one of the small diamonds in my engagement band fell out, and we just moved to the area so I was worried about taking it to a jeweler I wasn't familiar with. We decided to go to Jax Jeweler's after reading the great reviews and after speaking with Jack, I immediately felt at ease and knew my ring was in good hands- Jack was so kind, helpful, and extremely trustworthy.

I got my ring back today (several days earlier than I expected!) and am blown away with the results- My ring looks absolutely PERFECT! Jack repaired the diamond that fell out and even identified some other loose ones so tightened those, and he also cleaned/refinished it so all the scratches are gone! My ring seriously looks brand new and the price was so reasonable. Jack did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be going to Jax Jeweler's for all my ring...
