BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Queen Creek

Horrible the customer service was just terrible. I went in around 7ish on Thursday the two girls that were working were great I was waiting in line and this older man who is Asian I believe gave me the worst customer service he had attitude the whole time getting my dozen Donuts the way he talked to the girls was flat out rude and disrespectful he threw this young lady off a cash register cause she accidently told me my total wrong I feel bad for that young lady. Whoever this guy is you guys should really sit him down and let him get re-trained and maybe even get a few pointer on how to speak proper English cause I could barely even understand him I kept having to say what 50 times and he keep going with the eye rolls and attitude I will never go back to this location ever again. The two girls were great they were working hard and doing what they had to do as for the man please re-train him and teach him how to communicate with customer and speak English better. I will not recommended this...

If I could give Bosa 0 Stars I would! Read the many negative reviews. Most if not all, are the same complaints: NO place to sit & relax, looks like a storage room, flies, bugs, rude unenthusiastic service, rushed, dirty, list goes on.

I came in like 40 minutes to close actually it might have been a full hour and the girls made me feel rushed I wanted to sit and enjoy my coffee and donuts I definitely did not get to do that for two reasons one the doorbell kept going off every second so I could not sit and enjoy anyting and the girls were starting to mop which when you run a restaurant you know you're not supposed to do that if you have a customer in the lobby you do not start cleaning especially mopping so I stood up and started to walk out the door and they instantly said goodbye like they knew I was getting ready to leave I have not been back and don't know if I want to cuz that's how I like to go to the donut shops I enjoy sitting down in a classic looking donut shop and that's what both it is but I was refused that I know I'm being ridiculous but at the same...
