My family recently switched over from US Cellular to Verizon. They were sent a list of the type of phone and color we were all wanting to get. First, they gave me the wrong color. I didn’t realize it until I compared it with the one I was supposed to get when I got home. I shrugged it off, it’s just a color and the case I bought covers it. While I was at Verizon, I bought a screen protector that was $55. Not 4 days later it chipped for whatever reason. About a week later, I pulled it out of my back pocket and it had chipped again. I had never dropped the phone and it had a case on it. I called them that night and they said they would replace it and that the lady who helped our family would call me back. The next day I went in about 2:30, never getting a call. The guy started to take off the screen protector and then was told not to until I went on a website to buy the new screen protector. So now I have a screen protector that is damaged more than it was when I went into the store, and after I spent $55 on it they want me to spend $12 more to get a new one mailed to me even though it was clearly defective, they had more in store, and the guy damaged it even more. Pretty upsetting when my family of 6 switched over to them and this is how it went for me. While the new iPhone deal is amazing, I don’t recommend their service. Read moreI am providing this one-star review due to the Verizon store's mishandling of the promotion to pay off my AT&T contract. As a result, I am currently facing a 16-week delay in receiving my rebate, which was not processed correctly. I attempted to contact the store and was informed that the associate who assisted me, Tristian , was in a meeting. I then tried to connect with the Verizon corporate line, but jared hung up on me and refused to assist. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, they stated that Jared must have gotten disconnected, despite the Verizon representative confirming that he hung up on me. I expressed my desire to file a complaint, and the supervisor responded unprofessionally. Therefore, I would advise against visiting this location. While I am satisfied with Verizon's service, plans, and affordability, I strongly recommend avoiding the Verizon TCC store in Quincy, Illinois. Furthermore, Tristan failed to process the rebate correctly, resulting in a delay of over $800, and I have spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon attempting to...
Read moreCan you say FIVE STARS PLUS ANOTHER FIVE !!! I walk into the door with about fifteen minutes or less til closing time. I had my three children and myself. I was greeted with a happy smile/ respected no matter what time of the day it was / and my thoughts and Concerns were heard. I expressed I wanted to switch and then add another line. Two lines (accomplished with no ATTITUDE), she laugh with me and my kids held excellent conversation while there was hiccups and the system crashed and we had redo everything . Staying late I apologize several times to her since she had to drive back home on the highway. If she is not there when I go in ( I don’t want anyone else ) I will wait for her . I appreciate her In So many ways . 11-7 is already a hassle shift, driving from out of town and staying happy as well . YOU GOOOO GIRL ( where is the management position at ) she deserves it !!!
