Kendra and Finn are so incredibly welcoming, sweet and super fun. The whole store has such a cute, fun and creative vibe. I spent close to 4-hours in there checking out their superbly curated collection of squishmellows and picking out which ones I wanted most. Kendra even went out of her way to get me a squishmellows pet bed that I had seen at a previous visit, which I had really wanted and wasn’t there at that moment. Finn did a spectacular job at transacting my trade-in and got me the best value for my squish trades. He also, helped me with deciding which ones I wanted most. Additionally, he placed a hold on a squishmellow backpack that was in process of being delivered to them, for me. Both shop owner’s are incredibly friendly, so helpful and really take the time to make your shopping trip something you cannot wait to experience again. Truly, Finn and Kendra are two people who genuinely love what they do and definitely provide for the best shopping experience, all around. If you are looking for a place to do squish trade-ins or buy backs, have an exceptional selection of squishmellows; where the shop owner’s go above and beyond in the realm of customer service this is the place you need to visit.
