We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door.

My mother was looking for cruise attire, and she found a few pieces from the large selection that were available.

It was easy to find pieces that could possibly be worn together as an outfit since the clothes were grouped together by coordinating patterns or style. It was not too cluttered, and you could easily navigate through the store. There was even a clearance rack with deeper discounts, and it didn't seem to disorganized like more clearance sections.

Both employees were pleasant. One in particular was very helpful with helping us search for items on the website since the size my mother needed was not available in store. And since we choose ship to store, since it's free to ship to the store, we will definitely be going back to pick up the items. But, I also think my mother will be a frequent shopper since the prices are reasonable and they styles are...

Normally, I love going into Cato's just to see what is new, and if there is anything I would like to add to my closet. Today (8-22-23) I went in, looked around the store, with 0 acknowledgement that I was even in the store. The two ladies working the counter did not stop talking to one another to see if I needed anything, or if there were questions or concerns. I've never had issues with the employee's in the store before. They have always greeted me upon coming in, and let me know if I had questions or concerns, to feel free to ask. Or they have asked if they can help me...

I just want to thank the Ladies at this location that were there on Monday afternoon, March 10th, 2025. They were so helpful and kind! I had made a Cato's purchase at another store, but found that the fabric of the jeans wasn't what I normally purchase from Cato's. These ladies helped me return the item. They were so kind and courteous and also gave me so much welcomed advice that I was in need of that day. I can't wait to get the time to go shop at this EXACT location! Great...
