My first impression of this place was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However my first question is are you comfortable with pit bulls. This was my dogs first experience with a doggy boarding place. I was very upfront and honest with Paisley (the receptionist) about my dog and her experiences. I even opted for her meeting the staff before she stayed. However Paisley told me that the owners come in on the weekend and they’re very comfortable with dogs. This was not the case. When Paisley met my dog she was saying how she thought she’d do fine because of how she was with her. When my dog stayed over the weekend this was not the case. The weekend staff was not comfortable watching pit bulls and were scared of her. When I picked her up Monday morning Paisley said “she’ll do better the more she stays” however since October I’ve called a total of 3 times to check availability 2x out of 3 “we’re fully booked” when I called this last time I finally got the truth. The owner said my dog isn welcome to board there anymore. TOTALLY understandable. However the professionalism of this company could be 10x better. I would’ve preferred that from the owner when we talked on the phone over the weekend my dog stayed. The monday I picked my dog up. The first time I called. In my honest opinion, this place isn't the same anymore since going under new management. I had to immediately remove my dog due to being overpriced w/o being given an itemized receipt to better understand the charges for boarding & etc charges(which should happen automatically). Then, my dog wasn't bathed..he was just sent out very wet & shaggy w/his underbody bone dry. A simple re-scheduling would've sufficed for his bath instead of just an apology and thats it. Took talking to the new owner to attempt to get anything done! I had to go through too many hoops to get something somewhat addressed. Management on site should've been able to better assist then what they actually did. I felt brushed off and cheated out...

I’m giving this place one star because i felt played out of my money. I had my dog stay for boarding which wasn’t bad. For the price and condition of the facility it was fare pricing but I’m more so annoyed that they allow ppl to offer dog training thats not worth it. My pup was there for three weeks and she came back not knowing anything i was told she would learn or had learn. This ain’t my first dog so its fairly easy to tell when your dog hasn’t picked up on something. I mean as simple as sit or stay wasn’t achieved. I think the training that is advertised should be looked at because your taking money and not producing...
