I've always been a gamer and lover of the type, this is my usual gamestop location, the amount of trades and deals from their app and being a pro member helps out with purchases, however the last visit reminded me to check both the front AND rear side tags (for games) because the back showed a cheaper price than the front, so I noticed it, (for Metro: Exodus) returned, informed the cashier and got reimbursed the difference. I have bought and returned 4 headsets that don't work properly brand new out of the box. And no my controller isn't the problem - Just don't even waste your time purchasing any type of headset from this store because I can guarantee you that there will be a problem (ESPECIALLY FOR TURTLE BEACH) just order a headset off Microsoft or anywhere else. I brought my family in and Nick gave us the warmest welcome. It's rare to see true customer service now a days. Nick pulled out all the stops for us explaining everything and noticed what we were going towards and talking about and showed us everything in line with what we wanted to see. I wish there was a Nick in every GameStop!!
