BEWARE. Would give a 0 if possible. If you’re looking for maturity in the owner / workers this is not the shop. I placed an order the owner posted via Facebook, no where is it stated as a “preorder”. No ETA, nothing to let you know it’s not in store. My husband drove there that day to pick up, and the girl working the store (barefoot) said she had no idea what he was talking about, so he left my number. The girl working texts me shortly after and lets me know it’s a preorder and it will be there next week. I was totally understanding and said okay no worries. I wait two weeks and check back and they are still not in. I have heard nothing about it so I reached out to the owner letting her know what the employee told me, and I was greeted with a snippy “my employees have no access to tracking” I’m not sure what that has to do with me, that sounds like an internal issue. At this point all I want is either a refund or the order to be shipped, she lets me know there are no refunds, so I ask for the order to be shipped. She told me I could pay $7 even though I have already driven there TWICE due to her / her employees misinformation. I think this is fair as I have already driven to the store twice, was told by an employee it would be in, and it isn’t even stated as a preorder. The post says “look what’s coming back to us” and the owner told me “everyone knows what that means” as if I’m an idiot. The issue was resolved by the owner leaving my message on read with no resolution, I even tried calling to shop to speak on the phone with no answer. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this store to shop local, and I will not be back. At the end of the day the owner is responsible for any employee mishaps and I’m out gas money for two trips because I was misinformed twice. The lack of maturity about this matter is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I DO NOT recommend this shop, I would try heading to Fort Payne where the boutiques & customer service are present instead.
