I want to start off by saving I spend $75-$100 a month here. They have messed my order up several times. Forgot toppings or crust flavor. They have always made it right tho if you speak to management. However.... tonight... I ordered my pizza and checked out online at 6:59. The time listed before it was ready was 20 minutes. I got there and sent in my son to pay. He saw them put 4 boxes in Warmer bags. They told him that our pizzas were coming out. I waited a while later and started to call to find out how much longer it would be. I was going to go next door and come back if I had time. I called for TWENTY MINUTES! I text my son who was inside and asked if the phone was ringing. He said yes, they were just talking and ignoring it. 5 minutes later (I’m still just letting it ring off the hook) he says another customer asked them to answer the phone. To which a worker said “our manager told us not to” so I of course continue to call. My son comes to the car with out pizza finally and said the lady just went to the same bag with the same 4 pizzas she had put in the warmer bags earlier. Someone FINALLY answered my called after about 15-20 minutes and I said “I’d like to speak to the manager that told you all not to answer the phone” he said “we were never told that. We’re just busy” I said, “no. My son heard the entire conversation and I’d like to speak to him”. So he gets on the phone and doesn’t deny it. Says they’re busy and he did say don’t answer it. I said well my pizza was almost 20 minutes late. Online said it would take 20. Not 40. He replied with “well, online doesn’t know what’s goin on over here”. Which is a fair statement, but that’s WHY I WAS CALLING!!! I said it was “d**m ridiculous to call for 20 minutes when they were all standing around talking and laughing and could have TOTALLY answered my calls! He said he would hang up on me. Justin is the managers name. He refused to give me his last name. I can’t KNOW the internet is wrong and when to expect my pizzas if they ignore customers phone calls. Read moreTheir app and mobile ordering site are garbage. Items can't be added together for unspecified reasons, you can't make one order and then a second, the app makes you wait. So even if you try to order items that the app won't let you order together. For example, big dinner box and large tastemaker .... for some non specific reason and not making any sense whatsoever, the app won't let you order those 2 items and also won't indicate why but it will let you go through all the process of actually ordering and customizing your pizza .... it just won't let you add it to the cart after you've gone...
Read moreI understand that its Superbowl Sunday but, we ordered over the phone and was charged $25 for a large Meatlovers pizza. As soon as I hung up the phone we saw an ad on TV for the same pizza for $10. Upon arriving at the store they were covered up! Not enough people scheduled for probably one of their busiest days. When I finally was waited on they did adjust the price however when I got home the pizza was nearly raw. We had to cook it in the oven for 25 minutes to make it edible.
