Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rainsville

Got dinner here last week and my entore order was wrong and they said they would remake it and place our name on a list where all we had to do was come and tell them our name and the very next day we went to get our fixed order and they said our name was not on the list... Then tonight half my order was not even placed in the bag and I realized it when I got home and had to go back to get it without so much as an apology and then by the time I made it back home the other half was cold... day shift is usually on point, but night shift there is ALWAYS problems. Oh and while I was there getting my food that they didn't put in my bag there was a customer at the window with something wrong with their order... no surprise. If you go during night shift and don't want to have to turn around and drive back CHECK YOUR ORDER FULLY...

I normally don't go inside this restaurant, but we had multiple orders so we went inside and it was absolutely disgusting. When we first walked in all of the trashcans in the dinning area were overflowing practically spilling out onto the floor. Nobody greated us when we walked in or even acknowledged us when we went to the counter, we stood there waiting for a few minutes and I gave up and just used the kiosks. And when my food was ready they just put it on the counter and walked away, I had to wait for another employee to give me a cup for my drink. It was ridiculous and there was another couple that walked in and the same thing happened to them I couldn't believe it, I don't usually get on here to complain but...

Haven't eaten from Taco Bell in over a year, maybe longer. Wanted to order a gordita meal, was told that was no longer on the menu and that they had the crunchy gordita. So, we decided to try it. Needless to say, it was not as good. Even the crunchy tacos that came with it were not good. The whole flavor of the beef, extremely minimal amount of lettuce and shredded cheese on the tacos was quite disappointing. We also ordered Mexican pizza and the taste of it was off. We used mild sauce and the flavor of the sauce seemed different too. Sad to say, this was not our first bad experience at this Taco Bell. A few years ago there were plastic brush bristles in our taco salads. Now, we may never go back to...
