Shady bait and switch. Beware of the Verizon prepaid promotional bait that sounds too good, then the switch to the other service offered. Shady: For one month then we can switch you over to Verizon Me: In a month the promotion will be expired. Shady: Oh well we will have another deal then. I repeatedly asked for an explanation, yet no logical reason was given, leaving me with the conclusion that the promotion is a scam.

UPDATE: I stand by what I said. I repeatedly asked for a more in-depth explanation and none was given. All I got was some mumbling in between double-speak and evasiveness. The promotion time was still in effect yet I was told I would have to take a different carrier for one month before I could get the Verizon at which time the promotion would have ended. If that isn't bait and switch I don't...

They are some wonderful people!!! They are also reasonably priced and are very good at what they do. I’ve been in several times before but this last time I went in to have my daughter’s front screen replaced on her iPhone. She really needed the front and back screen replaced but at that time I only had the funds to replace the front screen so that’s what I told them to do. Well to my surprise, when we went back in to pick it up they had replaced both screens at no additional cost and I couldn’t believe it! My daughter was so excited m and they really made her day!! I am so grateful to them and even though I thanked them, they really have no idea how much I appreciated them doing that or how much it truly meant for my daughter and I. Thank you...
