If I could leave no stars I would. I entered the store at 2:20pm thinking it would not be that busy. There was one lady currently checking out, and another gentlemen behind her. I got my box, got into line, and waited. About 2:30 the lady was finally finished and the gentlemen in front of me gets stamps, a quick purchase thank God. I am now ready to check out. During this time period, a gentlemen with about 8 boxes gets behind me and a couple behind him.
I go to check out, but had not written the ship to address on my priority box as many USPS stores that I have gone to print one out for me. The clerk states I need to write the information and move to the side to do so. I follow the rules and move aside. I wrote the address in the time it took the clerk to just start working on 1 of the 8 boxes the man brought in. I now have to get back into line. My order is not rung up until 2:45pm in waiting behind the couple and man.
I think for having to wait for 25 minutes to ship a package after lunch hours is insane. The clerk was extremely slow. He made little eye contact with others in line. USPS may be the cheapest but they also are the worst when assisting customers. I will not ever go back to...

I simply asked if this area was the one in falls of Neuse twice due to confusion--no impatience in my tone or anything--and the rude woman simply said "good day sir" and left, then after about 10 seconds finally hung up the phone. I must say that this is by far the worst telephone CALL that I have ever had. Another incident from this same place but different person happened about a month ago, where the phone operator was already sounding frustrated and impatient and all I said was "hello"followed up with a question. I do not understand why people are so rude already--if you did not want to be a phone operator, then you should have applied for a differect job! But my main point in this complaint is not to merely display bad service for the heck of it, but to suggest better service for others and myself, so I really hope the manager or another associate implements some change to this place, because they are just not displaying...

I will not pay for a mask even if it is a $1.00 you aren't the only card shop in town, nor the only place I can get what I need.
