I woke up feeling like I had been hit by a bus and ordered some pho for takeout to hopefully heal my ailments. I am pretty sure this is magic pho. Within a matter of moments, I went from barely able to sit up to actually feeling like I could breathe without crying a little (which is progress). The serving size is bonkers, I think they gave me a pound of tofu in my bowl. This place was SO tasty! The server told me they've only been open for 3.5 months, and wow, I wish more people knew about this gem! I'm going to tell everyone about it. I had a phenomenal solo lunch date by myself today and got the chicken pho with tempura shrimp. The pho was the star of the show. The broth was rich and flavorful.
