My wife went in for a cleaning. She arrived 30 mins early & waited almost an hour. After her xrays she waited another hour for the dentist. He proceeded to wave his hand 2 inches away from her face talking to her about her teeth. She asked him nicely to not wave his hand to close to her face. The nurse jumped in & explained he's trying to explain what's going on with her teeth, then the nurse reaches across her & begins to wave her hand in explanation to her teeth. My wife then asked her nicely to please not wave her hand so close to her face. The dentist then said to my wife "we do not accept rude people here nor do rude people work here. We are not trying to be rude so do not be to us" my wife responds that she was not being rude she just did not enjoy their hands so close to her face unless it's working on her teeth. The dentist said to my wife "we do not accept rude people. You are no longer welcome here. There's the door"
EXCUSE ME!? My wife in no way was being rude in any way shape or form. I do NOT recommend this dentist office. They are rude & very unprofessional.
New review April 25th 2018-My wife scheduled a new appointment & went in today. Again 30 mins early & they had her in by her scheduled time. After she is set up and waiting for the dentist the office manager comes in asking my wife about the last time she had come in, being that she says she was not there. So she is informed by her employees they can not care for my wife & why she comes to ask my wife about it. How you don't know what goes on in your establishment is beyond me. If they knew she was no longer welcome why did you even schedule the appointment? To me that is very unprofessional in so many ways, 1st of all the lack of communication in the office. My wife explains the whole situation as I've stated above. She (dentist manager) then states "if the review hadn't been posted they could've helped her" excuse me? You are going to decline someone help because of a review? Great business!! I posted that for the benefit of others who come to their office & for them to correct THEIR issues. That's what reviews are for. If you don't know what goes on in your own establiment, that you are manager for, then check your reviews. That's what good managers do. Absolutely , without question one of the rudest people . I provided the potential ID number , Sabrina said its not the correct one , I said ok the patient will come on and provide u all the information you need , I just called to explain the situation with an expedited enrollment that we requested , Sabrina got especially rude here ,,.. FIRST OF ALL I need the information now and can't take your word for it that the patient will bring the information and SECOND OF ALL the doctor is not in office tomorrow.. I said what is the problem with the patient bringing the information in person , didn't recieve an answer . I asked to speak to the other lady that answered the phone but is in training so Sabrina took the phone from her , Sabrina refused to give the phone to her. I asked to provide me a phone number so I can file a complaint , Sabrina said we don't have a phone number for that we r a private clinic , (she lied or doesn't know beacuse you can in fact file a complaint through the insurance company, which I called them and they specifically informed me that!) I ended up just putting the phone down . Absolutely most utterly the rudest . Sabrina also said she can't find this patient I was calling for in her database , and that the medical number I provided is not correct . When I called another clinic about 3 to be exact , no other clinic had any problem finding this patient in their database , with this exact number I provided ! Read moreVery rude front office staff. I recently selected this office as one of the few dentists in Rancho Cordova covered by my insurance. I called about a month after selecting them to attempt to make an emergency appointment for my daughter who had a toothache. I was told the earliest emergency appointment they had available was 7 weeks away! This seemed irresponsible enough to me, but I made the appointment anyway, and waited. A few days before the scheduled appointment I received a call from their front office staff that they needed to move the appointment back because of a scheduling conflict. I expressed my frustration to the man on the phone. He responded by suggesting that I find another dentist. I told him I didn't want to because my daughter needed the appointment, and that I really wanted to express my concern to the dentist personally. I told him I would keep the new appointment time and that was the end of the call. An hour later I received a voice message from the same man informing me that he went ahead and called my insurance company for me to tell them I needed a new dentist for my daughter and that they would call me back. Incensed, I immediately called back, but of course, no one will answer the phone now when I call. I suggest avoiding this office at all costs. ...
