Extremely disappointing experience, largely due to the store manager, Alyssa. Despite being the only customers in the store, there was no one at the register to assist us. We had to walk around trying to get someone’s attention before Alyssa finally (and reluctantly) agreed to check us out.

When I asked basic questions about membership perks, coupons, and birthday rewards, she responded with an unwelcoming attitude and dismissive answers like, “you need to look on your account.” No effort to help or clarify—just cold and unprofessional.

The worst part? When I declined to purchase a bag, I later asked for the free bag that comes with signing up for membership. Alyssa flatly refused, saying my transaction was already complete and I’d have to wait until my next visit. She clearly knew the bag was supposed to be free, yet still pushed for a purchase. The fact that she wouldn’t honor the free bag—even after I spent over $100—is petty and borderline dishonest.

This level of service from a store manager is unacceptable. Shoppers beware—don’t expect good customer service, and don’t count on getting the benefits...
