Taco Bell - Live Más Café — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Had my worst ever experienced at a Taco Bell here. After waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 45 minutes for a mobile order that was placed in advance I received my food with it correctly marked, yet when I got home it was not the food I ordered. They had simply wrote what I ordered on the wrappers for the wrong food. I returned to get my order remade and was "helped" by young man named David. He did not apologize at all nor offer any discount on our order or anything. He then proceeded to again get my order wrong, once more messing up two of the tacos and dropping off a chalupa from the order. I had to explain what I ordered multiple times over and over again. He made it clear that he either didn't care about my order or was under the influence while on the job. It's honestly insane that it took me over two hours to get dinner from Taco Bell, I won't be visiting this one again anytime soon. I'd rather drive to one that's further away as I've always got so much better service every time I've gone to the other one. I'd recommend you do the same

My drive thru visit was terrible for no apparent reason. Arrived ~11:10p, didn't leave until 12:02a. 2nd car beyond queue area, but should've taken

Went there last night at about seven pm. The drive thru was swamped so I parked and went inside. There were several customers waiting and to being attended to. One of the customers waiting was my neighbor .I greeted him, he immediately told me that he had been waiting for his order for almost fourty minutes . He then got his order and left. I went to the counter to order, I asked the young man how long the wait would be if I ordered my food, he started,"maybe seventeen mins or so. I could see that in the back section, there were numerous employees working away and allot of prepared food being packaged. Then I remembered that Taco Bell. Delivers. I asked the young man is that food was for delivery, he said it was. Now, I don't eat Taco Bell very often, but at this location, it always is slow. I walked out without purchasing anything, ended up getting real Mexican food at Tacos Los jalapenos at Archibald and Arrow. It seems clear to me that Taco Bell is not too concerned about their drive thru or walk in customers. No more Taco Bell for me. Tacos Los Jalapeno's, best Mexican food around.
