My mother started her health journey a couple years ago and every time she saw me on her way to the gym she would try to push me to go with her. I kept saying no, no, and no. I was too tired after work. Recently she started the teacher membership at the Rancho Camp and started telling me about this challenge. I decided to come check it out with her and instantly I felt at home. It was everything I needed. Finally I wouldn't be lost at the gym and settle for jogging on the treadmill. I had an AFF (awesome fit fam) to do the workouts right along side me and push me when I was weak. I had energetic-enthusiastic-professional trainers to fix my form or push me to do a heavier weight or yell at me to do the last pushup or hold my plank a little longer (yeah, I can plank now). The trainers kept me going. They got me excited to come to class. Every single class was different. Every class made me sweat. Not only does the camp provide an amazing fitness program, they also taught me about nutrition! About portion control and feeding my body good fuel. They offered all the help I could ask for. They have a great support system and fb page with yummy recipes. I started going with my mom and my life was literally changed. First week was the hardest but all of a sudden I started feeling more energetic throughout my days... getting stronger... and every week the scale just kept going down! My friends, family, and coworkers started noticing the transformation. And I made new life long friends at the camp 💪🏆❤ This was a worthy investment in myself. Thank you to everyone at the camp!! I suggest you bring some gloves if you have sissy hands like me and buy a scale to measure your food asap. Reach out to the trainers or directors. Daniel Valdez said he would make it his personal mission to help me lose 20 lbs and he truly went above and beyond. Couldn't have done it without his encouragement and willingness to answer all...
Read moreMy initial weigh in on 6/5 was 216.5. My final weigh out on 7/17 for my first 6 week challenge was a total of 29.5 pounds! I am beyond grateful for my results and excited to get to the next level of fitness and health! 🔥💪I could not have done it without the amazing staff at The Camp Rancho Cucamonga! If this first challenge has taught me anything it is that your body really doesn't go where your mind doesn't push it! If you want change, if you're tired of being sick and tired, if you've tried everything and nothing seems to be working or works temporally, I highly encourage you to try The Camp! Don't let the investment of money deter your decision, allow it to determine your how hard you will push yourself to get to your fitness goals and get your mula back! Losing 20 pounds in 6 weeks is possible. It boils down to your mindset and breaking down bad eating, lifestyle habits and negative thinking. Yes, you'll have your days where you feel like stuffing your face with all the muck you're body is used to, yes you may give in however, Don't. Give. Up. Dust yourself off and keep moving forward. You can do this! You, just like so many of us who have been successful, CAN DO IT! I definitely and highly recommend this fitness experience to anyone and everyone desiring a complete health transformation!...
Read moreI wanted to make a huge shot out to Joseph Limon for holding it down over here at Camp Rancho. I want to let you know that all of your hard work you and your team have been putting in to our gym. It has been noticed and very much appreciated. You have been nothing but amazing to us over at camp Rancho. we hope we get to keep you there. It’s been nice having a fun vibe back at Rancho again. Since Rebekkah left the FUN spirit went along with her. Thank you for bringing that back to Rancho. Anthony and Nico you both have been just as amazing and helping to make me feel better about coming in to my morning workouts on Wednesdays again since they had been hijacked and taken away without notice to Christy by Salina.😡😩The camp Rancho has been my happy place for the last 5 years it’s been a place where I’ve been able to work on myself. recently the fate of Rancho had been very uncertain, inconsistent, due to the lack of leadership/management by Salina. since you came to Rancho Joseph the gym has become a happy place for me again there has been consistency again, and fun has been brought back. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK. May you continue to be successful and may good things continue to happen for you. ...
