I went to their warehouse to buy a combo cabinet. Before I went I removed my back seat in my Camry. Mike helped me pick out a nice cabinet. Two guys tried everything to get it in the back seat of my Camry, even helped me take off the door panel, got it half way in, but it just wouldn't fit. Not their fault, and they could not have tried harder, so they got tipped anyway. One of the workers happens to live in my city and offered to take it to me (for a small reasonable fee). Everyone I ran into at their warehouse was very cool and helpful. Their cabinets are in GREAT condition, very solid and at a great price. I didn't ask if they take credit cards, I paid cash. With inflation so high and credit card companies are charging merchants 12%-18%. Do these guys a favor, if they do take credit cards, just pay cash, they work their asskes off, oh and tip! I went there to get a used leatherback Steelcase Leap v2 for a settled price of $200 over the phone. Though the representative on the phone told me the chair was in excellent condition, once I reached there, I realized the armrests were way too wobbly to be usable. There was a reasonable amount of scratches and wear and tear, and the rest of the chair functions worked fine, but I wouldn't call the chair to be in "excellent" condition.

I give 4 stars however, because, when I communicated to them after personally seeing the chair, that the armrests were too wobbly, a mechanic spent an hour in front of me to fix the armrests by replacing a few parts taken from another Leap whose armrests were in good condition. And fix he did. This dedication to make it better for the customer was what impressed me.

Apart from this, they were very friendly, and had a lot of collection of liquidated furniture from what I saw. I'd recommend these folks. Just make sure you test out what you are going to buy after you...

When I called, I spoke to James. He informed me he did not have the cabinets I was looking for in stock. He asked me to send him a text of what I was looking for and he would let me know when they have something in stock. Sure enough, a few weeks later he contacted me. I live an hour from the store and without me asking, James offered to FaceTime me so I could see the cabinets. After this, I sent a deposit right away. A few days later, I went to the store to pick up my items. This place has a great assortment of items. I was helped by Mike and Daniel. They happily answered all of our questions. I ended up buying one additional file cabinet. I brought my dad with me to help load the items however, Mike and Daniel took care of it for us. While we were there, my father decided to purchase four beautiful file cabinets for himself.
