Amazing experience & service, and the two employees who were there at the time, I don't know their names unfortunately, were amicable, patient, and kindhearted as one of them helped print crucial documents. I was very fortunate to have been helped by her. The woman was very patient and helpful when attending me and even started a conversation while we both waited for the documents to print, a conversation I wholeheartedly enjoyed. The person at the front desk could not see my box right away and told me the package has not yet arrived and that I should come back the next day. He was too lazy to check the packages just behind him that obviously just arrived.

I showed him my displeasure at his laziness and told him how come I got notification that the package was delivered at the UPS Access Point. I showed him the text message.

That was when he decided to check the boxes behind him and saw my package.

Received really poor service when looking to get cost estimates for shipping framed pictures. Tall bearded gentleman that was attempting to help me had a bad attitude and gave me an estimated cost 300 times higher than another local competitor. His price was $110.00 per unit. I found another local vendor that gave me a price of $23.00 to $25.00 per unit. Talk about a rip off!!! Additionally, when I expressed my thoughts that this was a ridiculous cost he became sarcastic and rude. I'll never return...
