UP IN SMOKE RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA — Local services in Rancho Santa Margarita

I just happened to be in the area of Rancho Santa Margarita for work when I happened to see that Johnny's Up In Smoke had a Store Right in the middle of RSM!! I naturally went in and Johnny himself was working at this location. I gotta say, Johnny is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever interacted with. I've been to a lot of stores and he's the one guy who really has a solid connection with all of the customers here at RSM AND the Lake Forest store as well!! As you can see from the photos there's just as many cool smoking related accessories here as there are at the other store. HOWEVER, there's also some really cool stuff that ISN'T at the other location. For instance, the glass shotgun and other related glass smoking devices. I have never seen anything as awesome as those. Also some gorgeous decanter shaped Hookahs that looked amazing. There's really everything here you could need for those relaxing parts of your day when you chill out and have a good smoke or vape. Pipes, stems, ashtrays, rolling trays, grinders, lighters..... it's all here!! In fact I would challenge you to try to find something that they DON'T have!! Go check it out you won't be disappointed. They know what you need and can get it for you if it's not already there in the store. Johnny's Up In Smoke store in RSM is 100% FIRE!!...

The first time I came here I was really disappointed by the customer service. The man who was working wouldn’t even get up from the couch to greet me or to help me at the counter when I was asking questions. He was extremely rude from the very beginning and not helpful at all. I was really disappointed because I love Johnny’s Up in Smoke and have been going to their location in Lake Forest for years. When I got home 3 of my friends told me they had the same negative experience with the same person.

The second time I went in I had a wonderful experience. The man working that day, named Ethan, was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and helpful. I was about to write off this location completely but I will be returning in hopes that Ethan is the one working and not the rude staff member who never gets up off of the couch and is rude to everyone...

Been eating next door for years and decided to stop in one Saturday a few months back and had a really nice, genuine conversation with the younger gentleman working. He had great people skills and was a great sales man he recommended me a flavor vape that I would never in a million years try on my own free will and it’s now my favorite flavor to date. He made the experience so enjoyable that I find myself stopping in to say hello everytime I grab a bite to eat or even times when I hit the gym. Also wanted to mention that the shop is always so clean which I can’t say about many smoke shops around. Good job Johnny 👍🏽 great service, great prices, great experience all around 100/10...
