I went here yesterday regarding issues with my UE claim. I have never been on unemployment before. The guy at the front was rude and so unprofessional. He told me to go use a phone and call the UE # which i did and could not get in touch with anyone due to the heavy call volume. I go back and tell him that i was there to give my Social Security card as requested by a previous call i made. The guy looked at my card and commented on my signature. He goes "is this your signature?" Are you serious? I said there has been no issues with my signature. Anyways, I do not know what he did but he told me to go and call the UE # the next day to see if "it went through". So basically he didnt do anything. If he didnt know what was supposed to be done or if they do not have that service there, he could have given me some guidance instead of pretending. This place is useless. Out of desperation, I drove to the Randolph office (where I'd been served well when the first snafu occurred about 6 weeks ago). Once there, I was told that they no longer provided assistance with unemployment claims because someone had retired. How can this be? One person leaves, and the whole county is stranded?
