China City — Restaurant in Randolph Township

Absolutely terriable costumer service. Was ordering my grandmother food and they quoted a 10 dollar minimum for deliverey the about 27 minutes into the repetative conversation they state that its a 10 dollar fee and if that isnt crazy enough they soonly said they wont deliver at all and i must pick it up. The woman i spoke to was very rude and on top of that when she got frustrated she would hang uo the phone. It was a lunch specail for my grandmother which was about 9 dollars plus we were willing to add stuff on to make sure we met the minimum of 10 dollars. With that being said they are over priced, the woman was rude and pretty much lead you on until she had these odd add on fees for chinese food. I ordered else where for cheaper more food and it only only took about 4 minutes to verbally place the same order.i will not be and certainly dont recommend this chinese place .if there was a 0 start option i would gladly select...

I find the food here to be very good! When this business came to town many of us were sad about its predecessor, Golden Moon, closing its doors after decades due to what I recall was the exorbitant rent/leasing terms and a change of hands regarding property management (please don’t quote me on that though). Incredibly- me being the foodie I am- I had not had the opportunity to try China City until just recently. I have tried their lomein, spare ribs, scallion pancakes, and shrimp fried rice and found it all to be delicious! My sis treated me to a takeout feast the other night and it was incredible! I haven’t had the chance to actually see the inside of this restaurant or eat in but based on the quality of the food I’ve devoured so far, I can say that I’m very pleased and eagerly await the next time I will inhale more China City goodness like a Hoover! Horrible. Completely disgusted with my order. Terrible service. Called to complain and the staff member WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. When I spoke to them over the phone the man had the audacity to ask me "What did you expect"

Food was cold and tastes like rubber. Half of my order was not recieved.

I am honestly beyond baffled not only at how they treat customers but not being able to complete a order when they already got paid for it.

And to top it off no refund will be given, no food wil be dropped off, the order wont even be filled. Paid for dinner and got half of it. Pure trash!
