CVS — Local services in Randolph

Always had great experiences here. The staff is friendly & greet me when i walk in which never happens anymore other places.... I'm thankful they are still open 24/7 as all the other locations open 24 hours shut down the pharmacy at a certain time which defeats the reasons most people need a 24 hour CVS. I appreciate they still offer this service & every single time ive had an experience here its been a positive one which is something i can not say for a certain CVS in Brockton. I think if people saw how poorly some CVS/& other pharmacies treated customers they would understand that in comparison this location gets an A+ but even based on its own merit, its a good place to get great customer service. The store is clean & its in a relatively safe location. I think the store & pharmacy staff should be commended for their excellent efforts to ensure customer satisfaction & care. Good job Randolph CVS staff. I think too many complain about poor service yet when they receive good or excellent service they forget to give credit to those that do their job. Everyone who does a job well done deserves to be recognized so Im going to start leaving positive reviews for those that deserve it. So the store is fine and always great sales, so I'm in line waiting to pay n obviously use my coupons and the two women before me got shut down on using any of theirs yet older cashier didn't even try. So my turn n I already knew she was going to try me n of course she did, said my coupons were from diff accounts YET SHE WATCHED ME PRINT THEM FROM THEIR MACHINE, AND COMMENTED CUZ IT WAS 10FT no lie, so she tried to hustle/bully me and said I can wait for manager n I did. Awesome younger girl, she rang order in 1sec flat and my coupons ALL scanned no issues, the other lady didn't even try jus said I couldn't use them. The older cashier says "they wouldn't scan?" I said that's a lie you didn't even try, she then proceeded to argue w me, but I shut her down, the nice manager asks if I want to join the carepass program and extensively and informatively explains the program and I joined, funny I waited in line n not once did I hear the bully cashier ask anyone she shut down about this program. Needless to say , CVS your younger female manager w glasses is an asset to your company and she is what will bring me back to your store again, this woman is great and very good w customers. I left smiling and it was because of her, and she sold me on that program, so I ended up spending more money in the long run after she corrected the problem, this woman deserves a raise, great job....

Evan, who works in pharmacy is a manager there and is beyond rude and disrespectful. I called asking a question about why was he telling me to come back after 2.5 hours when any other day it takes 15-20 min. his response was I’m not a computer but when I become one I’ll let you know. I then asked him, do you think I’m a little kid talking to me like this. He gave no response but stayed in the phone. I kept talking saying hello and I hear him breathing but still no response. When I finally drive over to the cvs drive through I asked for him. He came to the window and I said, do I look like a little kid to you. He said “don’t talk to me like that” I said in response “so it’s ok for you to disrespect me” as I was saying that he closed the window on me. He looks and comes off as if he thinks he’s better than people, he lacks communication and again, he’s so rude and disrespectful. I’m on a few different medications and not all there in the head like that and I made him aware of that but he didn’t care cause he continued to feel to Privileged and ignorant. I never understood how people work in this field and yet treat people with mental issues as such. With no respect or mindfulness…. I just moved here no more than a year ago and this is where I pick my medications up but this will be the Last time I ever go to that cvs. Again, his name is Evan! Bad for...
