Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Randolph

Don’t go to this location one of the associates added a lot of extra stuff to my account, lied and said that the accessories were free even though I said I didn’t want them. Then pulled the same scam with my mother. Obviously not all the associates are bad but there is one in particular who basically committed fraud, now I can’t get a refund on the “free accessories” she charged me for. This woman is extremely manipulative because she comes across as super friendly, when in fact she is a scam artist. If you go this location please be aware of what is being added on your bill. The company as a whole is great, this experience just really rubbed me the wrong way, apparently not everyone is a decent, honest human being.

Update: the woman that actually helped me might’ve been a manager and supposedly works at another location as well. I called the regional director or manager and never received a call back. She also assisted my mother who got the same exact plan and phone but ended up paying double the amount I paid🙃 and was told by the same woman, she couldn’t switch to another company until she waited for a certain amount of time. That was a blatant lie my mother switched to T-Mobile the next day. Thankfully she was reimbursed by T-Mobile. I wish I could give this...

It's a worst center I have ever seen, I bought my first SIM card here in USA and that guy cheated me by filling my wrong details in the system like ZIP code, I can't go again and again to that shop to request them as I confirmed 25 $ plan, but he Applied by 34$ every month. Internet is not working, it's not a fault of mobile phone, because it's working as it is like every mobile phones.

I am unhappy with the services this metro provides. I went in to buy a NEW phone and they sold me a refurbished phone that has connection issues. I spent $200 for this phone that should work. I recommend people to go else where, this metro does mislead representation, false advertising and a scam. You think you buying brand new phone and you spend 200 on a broken phone. Rethink coming...
