Listen, this location is a JOKE. I mistakenly placed my order to this location instead of the Braintree location. I called them 20 seconds later to see if they could cancel/not make/refund my order so that I could just order it at the correct location that I was already at. The shift lead at the time kept giving me a run around saying that they don’t refund orders which turns out to be a complete lie since the store manager at the Braintree location let me know it is absolutely possible to do on the POS. The shift lead then told me that the store manager himself (Sam) has to be the one to do it with his numbers. It’s been 5 days now and I’m still without my refund. I call EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. in hopes to speak to Sam but it seems like he doesn’t even exist. I wouldn’t even give this place a star if it was up to me. Got there ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch and I’m thinking it’s good little did I know know the chicken is RANCID. I should’ve known when the person making the sandwich asked me “you want two? Are you sure?” If I had known this before I would’ve just made my own at home. Chicken was so bad to the fact that it made me sick from just one bite. Worst experience Yesterday on (10-4-24 @11:40am) while ordering lunch for myself and my family. The young man at the counter was very disrespectful from the beginning! Customer service was terrible!!! Everytime i asked for something on my sub i was told they dont have it. ask for toasted sub was still cold. I will NEVER give this location my money again.
