I found this place to be very disappointing. The place felt embarrassingly contrived with the majority of the things for sale being new stuff that was likely either ordered online or at a gift shop trade show like the America’s mart in Atlanta (I used to work in an industry that did business at the mart, I can tell). While I’m sure there probably were some actual antiques and vintage things there, it was mostly just stuff that fit the vintage/Antique/rustic aesthetic instead of any real worth while pieces with any real history to them. Also the place is an absolute maze, like the internet Horror story The Backrooms only more cluttered. I legitimately got lost a few times while looking around and while trying to get out. Isn't that something that we were asked to leave vice the ONLY two individuals in the entire place not wearing masks to leave. They don't need to worry about me and my husband stepping foot in there again. We've been loyal patrons since they opened and to be met with such distain and rudeness rather than an apology and they'll take care of it ... is unacceptable. In addition there was no tracking of how many patrons inside and no social distancing being required...
Read moreYou have to make 2 Crows part of your circuit! This place is like a river of Americana. So much goodness has flowed through 2 crows, it’s hard to imagine. And it’s never the same river twice. They’re always helping people in the community, brining in new vendors and goods, and it’s all one of a kind and can’t be found elsewhere. And there’s TONS of quality goods. You’ll see a section in every corporate department store TRYING to sell you imitations of what 2 Crows has in plenty. If you want original Americana, you need to stop by 2 Crows. If you like O’Hurley’s in Shepherdstown, next time, make an afternoon of it and stop by...
