Down 7th — Local services in Rapid City

was in Rapid City for work and had some time to kill when I noticed the sign for Down 7th Clothing. I decided to check it out, and I’m so glad I did! This boutique is absolutely adorable with something for everyone. The owner (I believe her name is Misty—sorry if I got that wrong!) was so sweet and helpful.

Normally I struggle to find clothes I really love, but she kept bringing pieces out from the back that she thought would suit me—and she was spot on every time. I actually ended up buying the items she recommended over the ones I had originally picked myself!

This shop is definitely a must-see when you’re in South Dakota. I’ll be stopping by every time...

I had a very important event I needed a specific outfit for. I was also on a massive time crunch, and popped over on my lunch. Misty wasted no time pulling items for me that were exactly what I was looking for. I literally sat at pet her dog, Jackson (an absolute delight) while she swirled around her store collecting things to curate my outfit. In about 10 minutes, I had completed my try on, she took photos for me to see how my outfit photographed, and she had hung and ensured my pieces were steamed.
