Kohl's — Local services in Rapid City

I have attempted to shop at this middle level store for 2 days now and have been so harassed by the male employees that I am once again going to be ditching my full cart and this time going to a totally different store! I am the ONLY customer that is asked how I am doing and if I need helping finding anything. I don't enjoy being singled out. The other customers keep staring at me because of it. It's causing bad social anxiety. I could see if I looked lost or was taking something, but I am not and I would much rather not shop somewhere that causes such horrific anxieties. They should have it posted on their doors, that way we know what we are getting into. Why don't any of the female employees chas3 you around the store staring at you from a distance and oddly and inconveniently ask you how you're doing and if they can help you find anything. Very creepy. I don't like it. I'm done at this store for good....

If you are just looking for deals this is your place but the customer service is lacking. I walked in with my son looking for a suit for his violin recital and was surprised at how every employee avoided me by rushing through clothes just to not interact with me. Not only that but as we were lost I walk by what looked like the higher ups with their papers and radios taking about store details and just stood in our way without asking if we needed help. My son and I had to walk around them through the clothes even though the five of them could have moved. I don't know how they are still in business. My son, who is nine, asked me why we weren't getting help and I could not answer him. I finally found the small section but couldn't reach the suit tops. We had to go to find someone at a register to help us get them down. The whole experience was just horrible. I know now why the parking...

So far this is the first store in town that I've found with a decent sized petite women's section. Unfortunately the selection of petite Maternity clothing is lacking - similar to Target / Walmart Maternity sections. The Maternity brands they carry are available in XS, but they don't seem to have ordered hardly any small sizes to try on - or all the hordes of pregnant petite women already came by here and picked it over before I got there. They have a Kiosk where you can scan items and order extras that they will ship to you for free if you use the in-store Kiosk - which can be convenient if you're shopping in odd sizes. I'm not sure if the prices were much higher than any other department store in the area - definitely higher than if you had a H&M or a Norstrom Rack or super Macy sale to go to...
