ALDI — Local services in Ravenna

Freezers and coolers are always broken, management is rude when you ask about it. It has been 5+ weeks that all the freezers have been broken and empty and now all the coolers are down as well. Why even bother opening the store if customers can't buy the most basic of items like milk and eggs? Seem's like this store is poorly managed as all the employees seem annoyed to help customers with the most basic of requests. The last time we went, the young man at the checkout register was quite rude and refused to accept cash because they were out of change. This store clearly needs new management and is a huge embarrassment to your company. Aldi does an amazing job here in Ravenna. The selection and pricing is the best in town for the same products that you would pay double in some cases from other merchants. As far as bags, if you think that another store is not charging you for bags, you are sadly mistaken. Then, let the next person have your cart with the quarter in it or just put it back in the line of carts. It saves damage to your BMW or Mercedes from some disrespectful person just leaving the cart in the lot to damage your car. OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU...

Great prices! Shop there for my weekly shopping. Rarely have any problems with produce or products and i love their specialty items! Big fan of this store. Only downfall is the crowd.. It gets me nervous when theres a ton of people. They could stand to keep two registers open all the time due to heavy traffic. Otherwise good hard workers and great enviroment. You gotta try their specialty items! Once they are gone its gone but they have some great stuff. I dont buy their household items but I assume its good quality...
