No 1 Buffet — Restaurant in Ravenna

I read some of the reviews on this before going to visit it myself. I have quite a lot of views on my reviews and I wish to be as accurate as possible and to be as fair as possible before giving a review of a restaurant or business. I will leave the bad for last. The good things about this restaurant is the food is good taste wise. The server was pretty good as well and friendly. The restaurant was also clean and in good shape. The reason I am giving three stars is because before I went i saw some reviews that said the food was not very hot. to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt I decided to go when the food would be fresh and had just been put out. I would have to agree with the other reviews that the food isn't very hot. It taste good but it was like lukewarm at best. The only hot thing I had were the mushrooms. I tried a little bit of everything to give an accurate review. None of it was hot except the mushrooms and if i were this restaurant I would rectify this issue and fix it. It was only $6.99 though so I didn't mind paying that. I wasn't going to make a big deal when everything else was pretty good service wise. Please avoid this “establishment”! I would love to give zero (0) stars…Over priced, rude customer service, dull/uninviting atmosphere, and the lobby/dining area/stock room (multi purpose room???) was not very clean. There is NO buffet as the name suggests. (Very misleading signage). Regardless, we ordered to take out. The portions were quite small but the price was not.The food was mediocre at best; it was a bit bland and sauces tasted like they were off brand store bought and lacked any authenticity. It should’ve been a hint to us that something wasn’t right with this dive as there were no other patrons. (Maybe that’s the meaning of their name: “No 1 Buffet”; no one eats here). The entire “vibe” of this place is just off and unsettling. We will never patronize this so-called restaurant/buffet ever again.
